🔁 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা (Return & Refund Policy)

Rajesh Ads Agency-এ আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানসম্পন্ন ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও আইটি সেবা প্রদান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তবে গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি বজায় রাখার স্বার্থে নিচের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা মেনে চলা হয়:

🎯 ১. ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টের জন্য নীতিমালা:

আমরা শুধুমাত্র ডিজিটাল পণ্য (যেমন: CapCut Pro, Truecaller Premium, Canva Pro ইত্যাদি) সরবরাহ করে থাকি, যা ই-মেইল/লিংক/অ্যাকাউন্ট ফর্মে প্রদান করা হয়।
একবার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে এবং প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
যদি অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট ভুল হয়ে থাকে বা ডেলিভারি না হয়, তাহলে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় পাঠানো হবে অথবা প্রয়োজনে পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার দেওয়ার পূর্বে অবশ্যই বর্ণনা, স্ক্রিনশট বা ডেমো দেখে নিতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

🛠️ ২. সার্ভিস বা প্রজেক্ট ভিত্তিক কাজের জন্য নীতিমালা:

ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন, গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন, এসইও বা অন্যান্য সেবা গ্রহণের সময় ৫০% বা সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হয়।
একবার কাজ শুরু হলে বা অংশিকভাবে ডেলিভারি হলে অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
যদি আমাদের দিক থেকে কোনো কারণে প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্ন না করা সম্ভব হয়, তবে পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
প্রজেক্টের যেকোনো পরিবর্তন বা বাতিলের অনুরোধ অবশ্যই কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পূর্বে জানাতে হবে।

⚠️ ৩. বিশেষ শর্তাবলী:

রিফান্ড নীতিমালা শুধুমাত্র প্রমাণযোগ্য সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
ক্লায়েন্ট যদি ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করেন বা নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে যোগাযোগ করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের আবেদন বাতিলযোগ্য।
কোনো ধরনের প্রতারণা বা অযৌক্তিক দাবির ক্ষেত্রে Digital Wave IT রিফান্ড বা রিটার্নের দায়ভার গ্রহণ করবে না।

At Rajesh Ads Agency, we are committed to providing the highest quality digital products and IT services. However, to maintain customer satisfaction, the following Return & Refund Policy is observed:

🎯 1. Policy for Digital Products:

We only supply digital products (such as CapCut Pro, Truecaller Premium, Canva Pro, etc.), which are provided in the form of email/link/account.
Once an order is confirmed and the product is delivered, return or refund is not applicable.
If the ordered product is incorrect or not delivered, the correct product will be resent, or if necessary, a full refund will be provided.
Customers are requested to review the description, screenshots, or demo before ordering any product.

🛠️ 2. Policy for Service or Project-Based Work:

When availing services like website design, graphic design, SEO, or other services, 50% or full advance payment is required.
Once work begins or is partially delivered, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If, for any reason on our part, a project cannot be completed, a full refund will be provided.
Any request for changes or cancellation of a project must be communicated before work begins.

⚠️ 3. Special Conditions:

The refund policy will only apply to verifiable problems.
If the client provides incorrect information or contacts us after the stipulated time, the refund application may be canceled.
In cases of any fraud or unreasonable claims, Digital Wave IT will not accept liability for refunds or returns.
