📌 সকল ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ই-মেইল, ইনবক্স বা ডাউনলোড লিংকের মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ করা হয়। কোনো প্রকার হার্ডকপি সরবরাহ করা হয় না।

২. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি

• সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে নির্ধারিত।
• পেমেন্ট শুধুমাত্র বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট অথবা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর মাধ্যমে গ্রহণযোগ্য।
• ডিজিটাল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ১০০% অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য।
• প্রজেক্টভিত্তিক সেবার ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ৫০% অগ্রিম দিতে হবে, এবং বাকি ৫০% কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পরে প্রদান করতে হবে।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

• ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট সাধারণত ১০–৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
• আইটি সেবার ডেলিভারি সময় কাজের পরিমাণ ও জটিলতার উপর নির্ভরশীল (৩–১৫ কার্যদিবস)।
• যে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে পূর্বেই জানানো হবে এবং সর্বোচ্চ সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড (Refund) নীতিমালা

• ডিজিটাল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে একবার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• যদি কোনো কারিগরি কারণে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট না পাঠানো হয়, তাহলে সঠিক পণ্য প্রদান অথবা অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• সেবার ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম প্রদানকৃত অর্থ কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।

৫. পণ্য ফেরত (Return) নীতিমালা

• ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
• ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাঠানো হলে সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট পাঠিয়ে সমস্যা সমাধান করা হবে।

৬. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা (After Sales Support)

• ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।
• ওয়েবসাইট ও সফটওয়্যার সার্ভিসের জন্য ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত ফ্রি সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হয়।
• অতিরিক্ত সাপোর্ট ও মেইনটেনেন্স আলাদা চুক্তিভিত্তিক।

৭. কপিরাইট ও লাইসেন্স

• কিছু সফটওয়্যার ও অ্যাপ শুধুমাত্র এডুকেশনাল বা পার্সোনাল ব্যবহারের জন্য।
• আপনি যে কোনো পণ্যের ব্যবহার করবেন নিজ দায়িত্বে।
• থার্ড-পার্টি সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে আইনগত বিষয়াদি গ্রাহকের ওপর বর্তাবে।

৮. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

• Rajesh Ads Agency যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
• পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর হবে।

আমাদের যেকোনো সেবা বা প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমে আপনি উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

📌 All digital products are supplied via email, inbox, or download links. No hard copies are provided.

2. Pricing and Payment Methods

• All prices are set in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Payments are accepted only via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer.

• For digital products, 100% advance payment is required.

• For project-based services, at least 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the work.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Digital products are usually delivered within 10–30 minutes.

• Delivery time for IT services depends on the scope and complexity of the work (3–15 business days).

• Any delays will be communicated in advance, and maximum support will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable for digital products once an order is confirmed.

• If the incorrect product is sent due to any technical reason, the correct product will be provided or a refund will be issued.

• Advance payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Return Policy

• Digital product returns are not acceptable.

• If an incorrect product is sent, the issue will be resolved by providing the correct product.

• For digital products, you can contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.

• Website and software services come with 7 days of free support.
